To address the issue of rounding or breakage at 2.5mm small radius corners : Since this blade is primarily used for cutting high-hardness Texon fiberboard or hard-soled leather, the lateral shearing force on the blade tip reaches its peak when machining a 2.5mm precision small arc. It is essential to enable the "Corner deceleration" process parameter in the control software and ensure sufficient chuck vacuum suction. If the sheet material experiences even a slight displacement during high-speed, small-radius turns, it will not only cause corner distortion but may also instantly break the tungsten carbide blade tip.

Chip removal and cleaning of the chuck : The HV1600 flat mounting shank requires extremely high cleanliness inside the chuck. Texon plates and genuine leather will shed a large amount of fine fiber dust under high-speed vibration cutting. The inside of the chuck must be thoroughly cleaned with compressed air every time the tool is changed . Once tiny hard debris gets stuck on one side of the tool holder, the blade will be slightly laterally deflected after locking. Under high-frequency, high-load vibration, this will not only create a sloped cutting surface but also easily lead to tool breakage
