Operational Tips for Aristo Cutters
Oscillation Frequency: For 7131 blades, higher frequency (RPM) is generally better for "clean" edges in textiles, but ensure your Z-axis pressure is high enough to prevent the blade from "skipping" on the surface.

Underlay Condition: Aristo cutters use a felt or plastic cutting underlay. If you notice the 7131 is struggling to cut the bottom fibers, check for deep "grooves" in your underlay that may be trapping the fibers.

Blade Cleaning: When cutting pre-preg or materials with adhesives, resin buildup on the 7131 will cause friction and heat. Periodically clean the blade with a resin-remover or isopropyl alcohol.
