Core Design Advantages

TC Carbide Material : Due to the need to trim high-hardness die-cutting steel blades (typically between 35HRC and 60HRC) frequently, the blades are made of tungsten carbide, providing extremely high wear resistance and an exceptionally long service life.
55° Reinforced Cutting Edge : The 55° cutting edge angle provides excellent chipping resistance (more robust than the common 42° cutting edge), making it ideal for heavy-duty scraping, deburring, or trimming operations.
Miniature precision depth control : The approximately 3mm cutting depth limit allows for extremely precise local removal of excess waste removal bridges and micro-connection points on the carton die-cutting plate, or high-precision fine-tuning of the top blade to avoid damaging the base plate.
