Perforated Kraft Paper: Placed directly on the conveyor/bristle bed under fabric plies. Allows uniform vacuum draw while preventing fabric snagging. Available in various hole patterns, widths (e.g., 60″ to 86″), and weights (70–120 GSM).
Plain Kraft / Newsprint Paper: Used for un-perforated applications or lighter vacuum systems.
Tecstil Interleaving: Porous, non-woven fabric separator designed to maintain spread stability and prevent distortion on delicate fabrics under pressure.
HDPE / LDPE Poly Over-Wrap Film: Applied over top of fabric spreads before cutting.
Function: Seals the vacuum table to compress fabric layers tightly against the bed for clean, accurate cutting.
Specs: Thicknesses range from 10 to 60 microns (0.01mm to 0.06mm);
Bristle Blocks: Interlocking plastic bristle tiles used on vacuum beds to allow full blade penetration without dulling or breaking the knife.
Felt Conveyor Belts: Porous non-woven polyester or felt belts used on conveyorized cutting tables (e.g., Lectra Taurus for leather/single-ply) to allow high air permeability while protecting the machine bed.
Perforated Polyurethane Belts: Durable vacuum conveyor belts engineered for heavy continuous-duty fabric feed.
Match Width to Bed Size: Ensure paper and film rolls exceed your maximum cutting width by 2–4 inches to keep the vacuum seal intact.
Check Porosity Needs: High-ply dense fabrics require high-density perforated paper; single-ply leather cutting relies heavily on high-grip felt conveyor mats.
Conveyorband can be offered for your own installation or with our service. EXACT size in mm is required to verify proper size.
