An industrial footwear inner lining and sole trimming machine (such as the standard Foxsew or Dayu TY-202 models) is engineered to slice away excess leather, fabric lining, and molded rubber or polyurethane (PU) flashings from the inside of the upper assembly.

The primary component groups and replacement spare parts that make up these specialty shoe-making machines include:

1. The Cutting Mechanism (Core Wear Parts)

This dual-blade subsystem produces a scissor-like shearing action to safely cut away excess material flush against the insole without puncturing the upper.

Circular / Round Knife: A high-grade hardened steel spinning disc (typically 35mm to 40mm in diameter) that continuously rotates to provide a razor-sharp profile.
Straight / Counter Blade: A fixed, stationary anvil blade that sits tight against the round knife to shear raw edges clean.
Integrated Sharpening Assembly: An attached stone grinding wheel mechanism with a spring-lever drop, allowing operators to sharpen the circular blade mid-operation.

2. Material Guiding & Presser Components

These parts physically position the edge of the shoe and determine the depth of the cut.

Presser Foot / Roller Guide: A small, smooth rolling wheel or guide finger that rides inside the shoe upper. It keeps the lining taut and controls the gap between the material and the knife edge. Depth Adjustment Dial: A mechanical screw or knob used to change the clearance or depth profile based on the thickness of the leather upper or synthetic foam lining.
Throat Plate: The foundational steel surface plate surrounding the lower knife opening that supports the shoe bottom or midsole.

3. Drive System & Transmission Hardware

These mechanical components deliver rotary power to the knife heads.

Clutch or Servo Motor: Typically a high-torque 1/3 HP clutch motor (or modern adjustable electronic servo motor) ranging from 180W to 250W.
Drive Shaft & Bearings: The central spindle assembly that rotates the round knife, seated inside high-RPM sealed ball bearings.
V-Belts & Pulleys: Heavy-duty rubber drive belts that step down the motor speed to the appropriate cutting RPM.

4. Machine Body & Safety Elements

Cast Iron Arm / Post Bed: The specialized, narrow housing neck that allows the operator to easily slip the deep interior of boots, high heels, or sneakers over the blade array.
Finger / Eye Protection Shields: A clear polycarbonate flip-down guard positioned directly over the spinning round knife.
Treadle / Foot Pedal Linkage: A mechanical rod or chain system connected to a floor pedal, allowing the operator to modulate feed engagement and machine speed by foot.
