Esko Kongsberg BIT-SUS06-4020-64(G42458471 , old code i-3924 ) is a high-performance single-flute solid carbide up-cut bit designed specifically for industrial digital flatbed cutting machines (such as Kongsberg X, C, XP, and V series) . It is primarily used for high-speed digital cutting of medium-thickness, high-hardness plates on equipment equipped with a router module/multi-cut.

Polished Flute : Its chip removal grooves are precision polished to a mirror finish, which greatly reduces chip removal resistance and makes the cutting edge smoother and more delicate, even achieving a physical edge effect that is close to no polishing required.
