Best Practices & Limitations

Depth Limitation: Because the cutting edge only allows for 10 mm of routing depth, do not use it to process materials thicker than 10 mm.
Brittleness: Due to the narrow (3 mm) shank, these bits are fragile. You must adjust your feed rate carefully and ensure your collet is clean to avoid vibration and premature bit snapping.
Specialty Jobs: While great for general sign-making, if you need optically clear acrylic edges or are cutting thick laminated boards, you may want to look into dedicated polishing or compression bits
