These blades are designed to be precisely compatible with major international leading automated cutting machine brands through different blade holder standards, positioning pin slots, and overall lengths.
  • Kongsberg (formerly Esko) : Compatible with its high-frequency vibrating tools (such as the BLD-SR and BLD-DF series blades for XP/X/XL/V series cutting machines ). Its flat-tipped blades achieve seamless, continuous cuts on its specially designed cutting felt.
  • Summa : A perfect fit for the Oscillating Tool Module of Summa F series (such as F1612, F1832) flatbed cutters . Combined with its high-frequency stroke, the flat-head blade is the standard tool for processing heavy corrugated paper (Beech/Honeycomb Board) and rigid signage foam board.
  • Aristo : A multi-functional cutting head adapted to the Aristomat digital cutting system, commonly used for prototyping and mass production of industrial gaskets and precision packaging.
  • Kuris / Multicam : Suitable for Kuris's single-layer cutting bed systems and Multicam's CNC multi-machining centers (such as the Apex or Celero series) . On these heavy-duty CNC platforms, vibratory cutters are often used as auxiliary heads of router modules to process foam or soft backing materials in the same machining pass.

  1. Shank/Flat Positioning :
    The shank area typically features a flat notch/flat shank or a specific clamping section. This ensures that when the blade is locked in place by the high-frequency chuck, the cutting edge is absolutely perpendicular to the X/Y axis direction of movement , preventing beveled edges from being cut due to slight rotational angle deviations or slippage and flying blades due to high-frequency vibrations.
  2. Excellent Single-Edge Rigidity :
    Due to its single-sided cutting, the blade retains the full thickness of tungsten steel on the back, forming a natural reinforcing ridge. When cutting into high-hardness or multi-layered materials, it effectively resists forward and lateral bending stress caused by the high-speed advance of the cutting head , ensuring that the cut pieces are completely consistent in size from the top layer to the bottom layer.
  3. Zero blind spots and felt protection (Flat Point / Stub Tip) :
    Traditional pointed blades repeatedly pierce the protective felt underneath when cutting through materials multiple times, causing the felt surface to quickly become fuzzy and form grooves, reducing suction efficiency. The flat (micro-flat) design of the horizontal blade acts like a miniature shovel, cutting through the underlying fibers of the fabric the instant it contacts the felt surface, without piercing the felt itself. This extends the felt's lifespan by 2-3 times and results in a cleaner, flatter cut.
