TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) Carbide Reversible Knives and 2-Cut Inserts are indexable, highly durable replacement blades used across the woodworking and CNC milling industries. By featuring two pre-ground usable cutting edges, these tools allow an operator to quickly loosen a clamping screw, flip the knife 180 degrees, and instantly deploy a fresh, razor-sharp edge without needing to halt production for grinding or re-sharpening.

  • Material Composition: Made from premium, high-density micro-grain solid tungsten carbide (such as C-2 or C-3 grades). This offers up to 10 times the edge retention of traditional High-Speed Steel (HSS) when cutting abrasive materials.
  • 2-Sided Indexable Design: Specifically engineered for straight profiling, rebating, and heavy-duty timber framing applications where a 4-sided square blade is geometrically restricted. 
  • Finish Quality: Polished to a mirror finish to minimize chip build-up, decrease cutting force, and prevent grain tear-out on difficult substrates.
  • Material Versatility: Easily slices through dense hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, HDF, plywood, and resinous composite timbers.
