Due to its extremely long cutting edge and 1.5mm reinforced thickness, 135602 cannot be used to process rigid thin cardboard; instead, it is specifically designed for thicker materials used in the packaging, cushioning, sound insulation, and advertising display industries .

On-site operation and process suggestions

Avoid hard impacts : Due to its excessive length (over 10cm), although the blade thickness has been increased to 1.5mm, it is still quite sensitive to lateral impacts during high-speed vibration and turning. Never use it to cut hard PVC, plexiglass (acrylic), or dense hard rubber at high speed, otherwise the long blade tip is prone to breaking off instantly when encountering strong resistance.
Feed rate control : When using the 135602 to cut foam thicker than 50mm, the feed rate should be appropriately reduced in the Elitron control software , and the "corner deceleration" function should be enabled to ensure the absolute perpendicularity of the cut surface and prevent dimensional errors between upper and lower layers caused by blade tip lag.
