Axyz BT-57240(B1031L-40 or KF1-40 ) is a 40mm solid carbide single-edged flat-head vibrating insert designed for industrial flatbed cutters and CNC engraving machines .

This blade is made of high-hardness tungsten carbide and was developed specifically for use with the AXYZ Oscillating Knife Tool for deep, high-precision vertical cutting of thick or medium-hard flexible materials
