The Ruizhou RZCUT-66 (66#) is a specialized cemented tungsten carbide oscillating knife blade designed for high-precision digital cutting machines. These blades are primarily used in CNC vibrating knife cutters to process flexible materials without the heat damage or burning typical of laser cutting.

While sharing the structural heritage of the RuiZhou RZCUT family, the 66# profile offers specialized geometry for automated part-nesting:
• Material Composition: 100% fine-grained tungsten steel / cemented carbide (HM). This provides extreme wear resistance, high thermal stability, and prolonged edge retention during heavy production cycles.
• Standard Thickness: Follows the standard family metric of 0.63 mm to fit cleanly into Ruizhou's quick-change oscillating tool holding slots.
• Shank Width: Uses a standard 6 mm wide flat shank to handle continuous, multi-directional high-frequency reciprocating stress
