High-speed, burr-free edge cutting of laminated and coated materials :
- Working principle : When the upper chip removal cutter is cutting, it will lift the upper surface of the workpiece, which can easily cause the coating or material to fray or crack.500-9881Thanks to its downward-pressing cutting edge design, it can still ensure that the surface of the material is extremely clean, smooth, and free of chipping even at high-speed cutting with a cutting diameter of up to 6mm .

Processing lightweight, soft, or small-area materials that are easily displaced or poorly adhered :

Cleaning procedure : Since the bottom chip removal design will press most of the dust into the already cut grooves, it is recommended to turn on the built-in powerful vacuum cleaner in the Summa GoProduce software and clear the path with an air gun before the workpiece is completely removed.
For aluminum alloy machining : Although it is a multi-purpose (MP) tool that can cut aluminum, it is recommended to use a micro-volume spray cooling (MQL) tool when machining industrial pure aluminum plates with high hardness to prevent heat buildup in the lower chip chute.
