Suitable for cutting materials
Due to its deep and highly rigid blade, the Z610 is perfectly suited for semi-hard and laminated materials that ordinary thin knives cannot handle: 
  • Thick honeycomb cardboard and corrugated boxes (multi-layer corrugated, heavy-duty industrial packaging board)
  • High-density foamed materials/foamed plastics (such as EVA foam, thick polyurethane foam, packaging linings)
  • Sandwich panels and rigid composite panels (such as sandwich boards, honeycomb aluminum composite panels, and rigid insulation materials).
  • Thick sealing gaskets, rigid felt and carpet substrate 

Usage Recommendations:
When using Z610 vibrating inserts with a thickness of 1.5mm, ensure that the tool holder or blade holder has a 1.5mm groove. Due to the large cutting thickness, the vibrating cutter head experiences high resistance; therefore, please ensure proper control of the cutting speed and vibration frequency in the software to extend the life of the machine tool bearings and inserts.
