Ruizhou RZCUT-186 tungsten carbide vibrating blade is a high-performance carbide (tungsten carbide) bladespecifically developed for Ruizhou brand CNC computer slicers and intelligent leather/carton/shoe pattern cutting machines.

Core Product Features

High-purity cemented carbide : Made from 100% high-quality virgin tungsten carbide/tungsten steel, it has extremely high hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance, and can maintain its sharpness for a long time.
Designed specifically for oscillating knife : adaptable to high-frequency vibration and up-and-down cutting motion of CNC, which can greatly reduce the risk of chipping due to high-speed force.
Heat-free precision cutting : Compared to laser cutting, using mechanical blades will not result in any charring, burning, melting, or odor on the edges, ensuring a smooth and clean cut surface.
