Usage Differences
Material Handling:
AOL-1625PAS: Suitable for thicker and more diverse materials like corrugated cardboard, honeycomb cardboard, and various packaging materials. It can handle materials up to 50mm thick.
AOL-1070PAS: Ideal for thinner materials such as PVC boards, cardboards, and papers, with a maximum cutting depth of 20mm.
Cutting Tools:
AOL-1625PAS: Offers a wider range of cutting tools, including vibrating knives and high power active round knives, which are beneficial for complex cuts and thicker materials.
AOL-1070PAS: Equipped with oscillating knife, drag knife, crease wheel, and marking pen, suitable for precise cuts and creasing in thinner materials.
Working Area and Size:
AOL-1625PAS: Larger working area (2500×1600mm) and machine size, making it suitable for industrial-scale operations.
AOL-1070PAS: Smaller working area (1000×700mm), more compact and suitable for smaller-scale operations or precise cutting tasks.
Safety Features:
Both machines use infrared sensors for safety, but the AOL-1625PAS has additional emergency stops at four corners.
When selecting blades for these machines, consider the following:
Blade Length: Should be at least 5mm longer than the material thickness to ensure efficient cutting.
Blade Angle: Different angles suit different materials. For example, 0° blades are ideal for low-density materials, while steeper angles (like 30° or 35°) are better for denser materials.
Blade Rigidity: Thicker blades offer more rigidity, essential for cutting harder material.
