Cutting angle : 0° - 4°30′ . The vertical side (0°) can be used as a precise blanking edge, while the tiny 4°30′ bevel provides extreme penetration while giving the cutter body superior resistance to vertical splitting when dealing with hard obstacles.

Maximum cutting depth : Maximum cuttable thickness up to 13.00 mm .

Cutting radius limitation : Because the blade body is made wider to ensure rigidity when cutting thick materials, it is suitable for high-speed cutting of large radius arcs and straight lines, but is not recommended for cutting very small sharp angles.

Compatible Tool Heads : Belonging to the HV1600 heavy-duty tool head series . Its standardized shank is a 1.0 mm thick reinforced flat shank , perfectly compatible with the high-power pneumatic (POT) or electric vibratory tool heads (EOK) used in Atom Flashcut Flex (such as Flex Pro, Flex S, and Flex B series). This thick shank can withstand the enormous shearing forces generated when cutting hard materials under high-frequency vibration.

01040356 blades are specifically designed for "hard-to-reach" materials that would cause ordinary blades to anneal or chip quickly:

Heavy industrial sealing materials : compressed non-asbestos sheets , metal composite graphite sheets with mesh or 1-2 layers of steel wire .

High hardness rubberHigh-hardness dense rubber, a special synthetic hard rubber with an aramid (Kevlar) core .

Industrial Packaging and Sheets : Extra-thick industrial rigid folding cardboard, high-density cross-linked polyethylene foam.

Footwear and heavy leather : heavy, hard, abrasion-resistant synthetic sole leather, heavy industrial safety shoes, and special thick, hard genuine leather for saddles.
Flex Cutting Machine Process and Operation Points

Risk of blade breakage due to chuck residue : When cutting asbestos-free boards or reinforced rubber, this blade will shed highly abrasive micro-metal or fibrous debris. The chuck must be thoroughly cleaned with compressed air each time the blade is changed . If micro-hard debris gets stuck on one side of the 1.0mm high-strength chuck, the blade will experience a microscopic lateral deflection after locking. During a 13mm deep cut, high-frequency vibration can easily cause the entire tungsten carbide blade to shatter instantly.

Edge burrs and frictional heating : When cutting adhesive-backed hard rubber or composite prepregs, residual rubber and rubber debris easily adhere to the 4°30′ micro-bevel under high-speed friction. If burrs appear on the cut surface or the machine is overloaded, processing should be stopped and the blade surface cleaned with a special solvent . Cleaning often restores the original sharpness instantly, significantly increasing the lifespan of a single blade.
