Machine Compatibility
The HZ5Z.25 punch is built to fit the automated oscillating units and tool carousels of CNC cutting tables. It is natively compatible with: 
  • Comelz P55 / P55+ Series
  • Comelz CZ P Systems
  • Other automated punch-and-knife setups configured for 8 mm threaded tool slots. 
Target Materials
The geometry of the HZ5Z cutter line is specifically honed to pierce flexible and semi-rigid composites without tearing or leaving frayed edges. Its primary applications include: 
  • Natural leather and heavy hides
  • Synthetic leathers, vinyl, and technical textiles
  • Heavy fabrics and apparel lining
  • Rigid cardboard and folding shoe-box cartons
