Teseo punching tools are high-precision components designed for automated CNC leather and synthetic cutting machines, primarily used in industries like automotive, footwear, and apparel.

Common Punching Tool Specifications
Punching bits for Teseo machines are typically crafted from High-Speed Steel (HSS) to ensure durability, often lasting up to 2 million holes per pin.

Available Diameters: A wide range is available, typically from 0.6 mm to 2.5 mm in small increments, as well as larger sizes like 3.0 mm, 3.5 mm, and 4.0 mm.
Handle/Base Size: Most compatible bits feature an 8.0 mm diameter handle.
Variety of Shapes: Beyond standard circles, tools can punch squares, diamonds, buttonholes, and ovals.

Punching Systems & Heads
UPP (Ultra Performance Perforating) System: This high-speed system can use up to 10 different punches simultaneously and reach speeds of up to 100 holes per second.
