The 500-9852 is widely considered a "workhorse" tool for mid-range rigid sheet materials. The increased 4 mm core allows you to push the machine faster than 3 mm bits without fearing immediate snapping.

Critical Operational Considerations

Reduced Deflection: The 4 mm geometry means this tool suffers from drastically less deflection (bending) than 3 mm alternatives. This results in straighter, perfectly vertical edge profiles on thick materials.
