Production Adjustment and Maintenance Techniques

Underlayment Mat Selection : When using the T00360 rotary cutter, never operate it under high pressure on severely damaged or hard surfaces . The cutter is highly dependent on the flatness of the underlayment; it is recommended to use a dedicated soft cutting felt. If the felt surface is uneven, the cutter is prone to slight vibrations as it rolls, resulting in localized breaks in the fibers of the fabric that are not cut through.
Heavy-duty upgrade option : If the cutting of textile fabrics or single-layer carbon fiber accounts for more than 50% of the total workload in your factory , or if you need to cut thicker fabrics, you may consider upgrading to the official heavy-duty large roller cutter T00362 (45mm in diameter, designed for high-intensity continuous industrial textile shearing).
