· Blade Angles: For thinner materials like folding cartons, a 26° blade provides sharper detail, while thicker car mats (rubber or PVC) often require 45° blades for structural stability during the cut.
· Machine Compatibility: Blades must match the specific knife head of your CNC machine. Major brands include Zund, IECHO, JWEI, and Ruizhou.
Exclusions: These blades are designed for flexible and semi-rigid non-metallic materials. They are not suitable for cutting hard metals or thick rigid plastics, which require a milling tool or router bit.
