3. Production and Selection Recommendations
- J374 and J371 The choice : In the mass production of clothing and textiles J374(The decagonal shape) has multiple sharp cutting surfaces, making it more effective at preventing misalignment when cutting thick, multi-layered, or synthetic fabrics, and it also has a longer lifespan; while J371(Pure round blade) is more suitable for fine cutting of single-layer, thin, and extremely complex fashion fabrics.
- Custom Surface Coating : If your factory frequently processes high-wear materials such as fiberglass, high-adhesion adhesives, and carbon fiber, it is recommended to find a third-party supplier (such as Shenzhen Oyea ) that supports TiN (titanium nitride gold-plated film) or DLC (diamond-like carbon black-absorbing film) coatings . These coatings can significantly reduce cutting friction heat, prevent fiber melting, and extend tool life by 2-3 times
