Official recommended cutting parameters (taking 1" thick sheet metal as an example)

when you use T00428 When cutting irregularly shaped or straight sheets with a thickness of 1 inch (approximately 25.4 mm) , the following parameters are recommended:

X, Y axis feed rate (Speed) : Limited to 30 - 40 inches/min maximum.
Z-axis cutting speed : It is recommended to set it to 50% .
Acceleration : It is recommended to lower it to 50% .

Productivity Tip:
Because T00428 The blade is very long and relatively thin (0.63mm). When cutting at a full load depth of 32mm, the frictional resistance of the material against the blade's sides increases exponentially. Please strictly adhere to the low speed (30-40 in/min) mentioned above . Excessive speed will cause the blade to deform and bend inside thick materials, resulting in cuts with beveled edges, or even directly causing high-frequency breakage of expensive carbide blades
