IECHO E26-4 (and coated version E26-4C) vibratory bladeIt is a medium-short, high-precision carbide (tungsten steel) CNC cutting tool specifically developed for the IECHO digital flatbed cutting system . 

Compared to longer versions (such as the 30mm long E26-2/E26-3),E26-4The blade height has been shortened to 27mm . This optimization gives it stronger torsional rigidity, enabling it to achieve more precise cutting of minute geometric shapes and details even in high-speed, high-frequency vibration environments .

E26-4 Blade Core Technical Specifications

· Material : Ultra-fine particle high-density hard alloy tungsten carbide.

· Blade thickness : 0.63 mm (standard high-sharpness flat design).

· Blade height : 27.00 mm (3 mm shorter than E26-2, resulting in less oscillating deformation at high speeds and stronger resistance to corner deformation).

· Blade width : 5.60 mm .

· Maximum cutting depth : 10.00 mm .

· Cutting angle : 22° / 66° (or 22° / 63°) symmetrical double-edged angle , which can provide extremely low lateral drag when turning at high speed with a small radius of curvature.

· Clamping handle : Flat 0.63mm (flat, horizontal insertion type, clamps directly downwards). 

Optimal processing materials

The E26-4's 27mm short-body rigidity combined with its 0.63mm thin blade makes it suitable for handling soft or semi-rigid materials with low to medium density but requiring high detail and smooth curves .

· Advertising signage and display : felt board, KT board, double-sided tape, self-adhesive laminated paper.

· Precision packaging padding : EVA foam (within 10mm), medium-density pearl cotton (EPE), flexible honeycomb cardboard.

· Apparel, textiles and leather : fine natural leather, automotive interior microfiber leather, nylon fabric, non-woven fabric.

· Composite precursor : multilayer carbon fiber prepreg (uncured). 

System Control Integration: Cutter Server and Die Cutting Core Settings

When deploying E26-4 in the IECHO Cutter Server or Die Cutting process, please be sure to update and verify the following software process parameters:

1. Knife Height Compensation :

Warning : Since the E26-4 is only 27mm high, if you previously used a 30mm E26-2 on an EOT (Electric Vibration Tool) tool holder, you must not run the original cutting program directly .

You must switch the tool model to E26-4 in the Cutter Server Tool Library , or manually change the tool height value from 30.00mm to 27.00mm . Simultaneously, re-execute automatic tool initialization to calibrate the origin; otherwise, the tool tip will fail to cut through the material completely due to the 3mm reduction in physical height . ]

2. Closed micro-compensation (Overcut & Offset) :

The E26-4 has a cutting angle of 22°/66°, and its knife offset differs from that of a long knife. When applying the "Die Cutting" process in the software, it is essential to ensure that the overcut setting is correct so that the blade tip can close precisely when making small circular, serrated, or right-angle cuts smaller than 5mm, avoiding snagging or skin adhesion.
