Summa 391-363 is An OEM-manufactured copper thick material/sandblasted protective film drag blade holderIt is often referred to in the industry as a "copper blade holder" and is specifically designed to hold thick-material drag blades with a diameter of 2.0 mm .

Material and construction : High-grade copper core, with excellent thermal conductivity and self-lubricating wear resistance.
Supported tool holder diameter : 2.0 mm (standard tool holders such as 391-332 only support standard blades with a diameter of 1.5 mm).

This tool holder cannot use standard 36° or 60° fine-shank inserts; it must be used with inserts made of the following special thick materials:

391-358 : Summa 55° 2.0mm Sandblasting/Thick Material Dragging Blade ( made of high-hardness tungsten carbide, specifically designed to handle extremely strong abrasion resistance).

Perfect device compatibility

This tool holder is designed for Summa's drag knife system and is fully compatible with the following series:

Roll-to-roll cutting machines : Summa S One series, SummaCut series, S Class 2 D-Series (D75 / D140 / D160)
Flatbed cutters : Summa F series (such as F1612, etc.) need to be inserted into the "Drag Knife Module" for use.

Best processing materials

This configuration is specifically designed for cutting thick, hard, or tough materials (maximum cutting thickness approximately 0.8 mm) that conventional cutter heads cannot handle:

Tombstone carving and glass sandblasting mask (Sandblast Stencil Material).
Heavy-duty reflective film for traffic signs (such as 3M Diamond Grade and High Intensity Grade microprism reflective film).
Thickened car body color change film/magnetic sticker
