Zund R41 CNC tungsten spiral milling and router bit (Part Number: 3910734) is a solid carbide cutting tool engineered for high-precision, fine-detail fabrication. It is the sister tool to the Type R72 (3910753) bit, sharing identical dimensions and cutting geometry but utilizing a classic layout pattern. 

Technical Specifications
  • Cutting Direction: Right-hand twist (Up-cut / Right-hand spiral). It aggressively lifts chips up and out of the cutting channel directly into the vacuum collection shroud to prevent heat friction.
  • Design Geometry: Single-flute (O-flute) polished execution. The mirror-polished flute eliminates material adhesion and prevents edge-melting when routing plastics.
  • Dimensions: 2.0 mm routing diameter with a 6.0 mm maximum cutting depth and a total tool length of 38 mm.
  • Shank Diameter: 3.0 mm.
  • Max Rotational Speed: Rated up to 80,000 RPM.

The R41 is optimized for clean edge profiling, smooth channel pocketing, and intricate contours on diverse rigid substrates: 
  • Sheet Plastics: Acrylic (PMMA), Polycarbonate (PC), PETG, and Expanded PVC (Forex).
  • Non-Ferrous Metals: Soft aluminum alloys and Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM / Dibond / Maxmetal).
  • Woods: Multi-layered plywood, MDF, and lightweight wood sheets.

This bit operates natively with Zund's high-speed routing systems, attaching seamlessly to the Universal Routing Tool (URT), Router Module RM-A (150W/450W), and RM-L systems. It functions across the full lineup of Zund G3, S3, L3, and D3 industrial flatbed cutting tables
