Target Materials
The T00425 is ideal for cutting soft or medium-density materials, including:
Rigid Boards: Honeycomb board, Falcon board, and Corrugated stock.

Soft Fabrics/Fibers: Carbon and glass fibers, felt, leather, rubber, and various textiles.

Production efficiency reminder:
When machining full-load thicknesses of 20-25mm, due to the extremely high lateral friction experienced by the cutting tool within the material, it is recommended to appropriately reduce the feed rate and increase the vibration frequency of the vibrating head in Colex software. This can effectively prevent the cutting tool from deviating from its perpendicularity due to excessive resistance (i.e., inconsistent dimensions between the top and bottom of the cut material), and also extend the life of the cutting tip.
