Zund Z50, Z51, Z52, Z53, and Z55 are all high-precision rotary (decagonal / wheel) blades. Designed for use with Zund’s DRT (Driven Rotary Tool) and PRT (Power Rotary Tool) modules, these blades use rolling pressure to cleanly shear single-ply or multi-ply woven and non-woven textiles without pulling or snagging the fibers.

They perform smooth, slag-free rolling cuts on tough, high-resistance fibers and soft materials through high-speed rotation (non-vibration).

Unlike vertical vibrating blades, rotary blades cut materials through continuous rolling shearing (like a rolling cutter), perfectly solving problems such as fiber stretching and fabric wrinkling.
